If you cannot use the product normally due to product issues or technical reasons, please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist with refunds or exchanges.

Duplicate Charges

If duplicate charges occur, please provide relevant proof documents. We will process a refund immediately after verification.

Product Not Received

If you do not receive the downloadable 3D visualization files after completing payment, please contact customer service and we will handle it immediately.

Important Notes

Refund applications require complete order information and relevant proof documents.
Refund amounts will be returned after deducting payment platform fees.
For refunds due to personal reasons, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
Full refunds will be provided for transaction abnormalities caused by system issues.
